Whether it’s early in the evening, a great movie, a hot bath, beautiful candles or a good book, you have to integrate these things into your life. There is no point in going on a treadmill if you hate it because it will escape your everyday life. Instead, try new things and exercise that makes you feel good. 4. Stop judging yourself
Talking negatively is just mean. We all learn and grow, and no one succeeds all the time, nor do they have a perfect life. If you weren’t talking to someone you love about the way you talk to yourself, it’s time to lock that stuff down and change your music. Think of a baby who is learning to walk.
